Ocean Bank reported today increases in net income, assets and stockholder’s equity for the first six months of 2026.
Net income totaled $40.8 million, an increase of 34 percent over the same period in 2025, with net interest income reaching $123.9 million, up $12.1 million.
The bank’s assets reached $7.63 billion, an increase of $189.2 million from year-end 2025.
“Ocean Bank continues to post strong results, which boosted stockholder’s equity to a record $733.8 million,” said Agostinho Alfonso Macedo, President, Chairman and CEO.
Ocean Bank reported total deposits of $6.2 billion and a Tier 1 leveraged ratio of 9.96%.
