U.S. manufacturer offers most complete aerosol spray adhesive lineup in industry — purpose-built for applications in seven manufacturing & construction sectors
COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Forza Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of industrial adhesives, sealants, and specialty tapes, announced an expansion of its Council Bluffs, Iowa, manufacturing facility to meet accelerating customer demand for its aerosol spray adhesive portfolio — a lineup of more than 25 purpose-built spray canister adhesive products engineered for industrial, transportation, insulation, construction, tilt-up concrete, marine, and composites applications.
The expansion reflects sustained demand growth across Forza’s spray adhesive product lines and reinforces the company’s commitment to domestic manufacturing, U.S. supply chain reliability, including shorter lead times, and application-specific product development.
THE CASE FOR APPLICATION-SPECIFIC SPRAY ADHESIVES
Most spray adhesive suppliers offer a limited range of general-purpose formulations and leave manufacturers to adapt. Forza built its aerosol portfolio differently — starting with how each adhesive will actually be used in the field or on the production floor, then engineering the formulation to match.
“Every segment we serve has different substrates, different production speeds, different regulatory environments, and different failure modes,” said Rick Glenn, Owner and CEO of Forza Inc. “A tilt-up concrete crew bonding foam reveals on a casting bed has completely different needs than a composites manufacturer fixturing fiberglass mats before resin infusion. One formulation doesn’t solve both problems. We built a portfolio that does.”
The result is more than 25 aerosol spray adhesive products across seven industry verticals — each formulated for the specific bond requirements, substrate compatibility, cure speed, and regulatory standards of that application.
A PORTFOLIO BUILT ACROSS SEVEN INDUSTRIES
Industrial Manufacturing
At the core of Forza’s industrial spray adhesive offering is ForzaBOND® IC933, a low-VOC, California-compliant multi-purpose contact adhesive that meets SCAQMD Rule 1168 standards. ForzaBOND® IC933 bonds carpeting, headliner and interior trim, foam upholstery and seating, plastic laminates, porous insulation, and acoustic materials — with aggressive tack, long open time, and heat resistance up to 180°F. Available in four formats — 13 oz aerosol, 108-liter returnable canister, 22-liter disposable canister, and 55-gallon drum — IC933 scales from job-site use to high-volume production environments.
Transportation
Forza’s transportation aerosol workhorse is ForzaBOND® TC453, a low-VOC (<45 g/L), California-compliant multi-purpose contact adhesive engineered for the interior bonding demands of bus, RV, horse trailer, specialty vehicle, and refrigerated semi manufacturing. TC453 bonds padded paneling, foam seating, headliners, backed vinyl, FRP wall panels, plastic laminates, fabrics, and carpet — with aggressive tack, long open time, and heat resistance up to 180°F. Available as a portable, self-contained canister system, TC453 goes where the work is without external air requirements.
Insulation
Forza’s insulation aerosol line — ForzaBOND® RC826 and RC864 — delivers pressure-sensitive adhesive performance for polystyrene foam, insulation panels, acoustic materials, and vapor barrier applications. Both products are styrene-safe and formulated to prevent foam cavitation, a common failure point when general-purpose spray adhesives are used in insulation work.
General Construction
Forza’s construction aerosol line addresses the bonding requirements of prefab, modular, and general commercial construction — including acoustical panels, tack strips, laminates, and a wide range of porous and non-porous building materials. Products are available as portable, self-contained canister systems requiring no external air — engineered for field and shop use alike.
Tilt-Up Concrete Construction
Forza’s tilt-up aerosol line goes further, engineered specifically for the unique bonding demands of tilt-up panel construction. ForzaBOND® TU603 is a high-strength, low-VOC web spray contact adhesive meeting CARB, OTC, SCAQMD, and LEED® requirements, engineered to bond reveals, chamfers, foam edge forms, wood, and plastics to casting beds — with heat resistance up to 200°F and fast dry times that keep crews moving. ForzaBOND® TU615 is a foam board adhesive with aggressive pressure-sensitive tack, no ODS, and a foam-safe formulation that bonds EPS and waterproofing membranes without pitting or substrate attack.
Marine
ForzaBOND® M-C227 is a mist spray, CA-compliant contact adhesive engineered for high-tack fixturing in marine manufacturing environments. HAPs-free and polymer-compatible, it operates on a portable, self-contained drum system requiring no external air sources — built for the layout and production demands of boat manufacturing facilities.
Composites and Infusion Molding
Forza’s composites aerosol line is among the most specialized in its portfolio. ForzaBOND® TAC-734G, TAC-735, TAC-739, and TAC-745 are resin-compatible tackifiers engineered for vacuum infusion, RTM, and LRTM composite manufacturing processes. Each is formulated to temporarily fixture fiberglass matting, reinforcement materials, and infusion consumables without interfering with the resin cure cycle — then dissolve and become part of the polymer matrix rather than acting as a contaminant.
SOLUTIONS SIZED FOR THE JOB SITE
Glenn notes, “Our larger-format 22-liter and 108-liter canister systems are the right tool for high-volume production environments. But not every application calls for that scale. Our 13-ounce aerosol can portfolio gives customers the same application-specific formulations in a portable, job-site-ready format — the right adhesive for their industry, their application, their production needs. The choice is theirs.”
MADE IN AMERICA. AVAILABLE NOW. ON TIME.
Supply chain disruptions and missed lead times are costing manufacturers and contractors real money — delayed project starts, idle production lines, and broken schedules. Forza’s U.S.-based manufacturing eliminates that exposure. All Forza aerosol spray adhesives ship from domestic facilities, with lead times competitors sourcing overseas simply cannot match and ship dates that hold.
“Domestic manufacturing isn’t just our story — it’s a real operational advantage for our customers,” Glenn added. “No freight delays. No supply chain uncertainty. The team that formulated the product is the same team that ships it. Available now, on time, in full — every order.”
Forza’s expanded manufacturing capacity ensures product availability keeps pace with demand across all seven industry verticals — batch to batch, order to order.
