TAMPA, FL, UNITED STATES, August 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — VRIZE, a digital engineering and AI firm, today announced its second consecutive appearance on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, ranking No. 3,978 among the fastest-growing private companies in America. The company also earned additional distinctions as No. 391 in Florida, 75 in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metro area, and No. 274 in the IT Services industry.
VRIZE debuted on the 2025 Inc. 5000 with a 332.87% three-year growth rate, following its recognition on the Inc. Regionals: Southeast list. Returning to the national ranking for a second consecutive year reflects sustained high growth across two independent measurement periods.
“Our first appearance on the Inc. 5000 reflected the momentum of a young company. Returning for a second consecutive year reflects something more meaningful—our ability to sustain that growth as we’ve scaled. That’s a much harder milestone to achieve. What has compounded over these years is trust. Our clients have entrusted us with increasingly strategic work, and our people have continued to deliver. This recognition belongs to them,” said Maloy Roy, CEO of VRIZE.
The continued growth recognized by this year’s ranking reflects expanding client demand for AI-enabled modernization and digital transformation initiatives. As client relationships have matured, many organizations have expanded engagements from focused modernization initiatives to broader enterprise transformation programs, reinforcing VRIZE’s role as a long-term strategic partner. That growing level of trust has shaped VRIZE’s trajectory since its founding.
Published annually, the Inc. 5000 recognizes independent, entrepreneurial companies demonstrating exceptional growth and resilience. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and fluctuating priorities. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance—it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place from October 14-16 in Dallas. The top 500 will be listed in the fall issue of Inc. magazine.
Over the past six years, VRIZE has grown into a global firm with 380+ professionals who build, modernize, and scale critical digital capabilities. This recognition reflects VRIZE’s continued evolution into a trusted digital engineering partner for enterprises navigating AI-driven transformation.
Methodology
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2025. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2025 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
