StayTerra, a platform of premier vacation rental brands in top destinations across America, today announced two senior leadership appointments:
- Brandy Canaley has been promoted to Vice President of Operational Excellence. Ms. Canaley, who previously served as Head of Operational Strategy at StayTerra, brings more than a decade of leadership experience across short-term rental operations, commercial strategy, guest experience and human resources. In her new role, she will help strengthen operational capabilities across the platform, support local brand leadership, advance shared systems and best practices, and foster greater collaboration and knowledge-sharing across StayTerra’s brands.
- Beth Hushen has joined as Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Hushen brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership across multi-brand consumer platforms, including a multi-destination luxury vacation rental management company. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Growth at EVP EyeCare, she led marketing through organic growth and six acquisitions, building shared brand, digital, CRM and integration resources while preserving local brand identities. At StayTerra, she will lead marketing across the platform, including guest demand generation and marketing initiatives supporting homeowner acquisition and retention.
Together, Ms. Canaley and Ms. Hushen bring complementary operations and marketing expertise to StayTerra as the company scales its platform while preserving the local character, market knowledge and trusted relationships that distinguish each of its regional brands. In their new roles, Ms. Canaley and Ms. Hushen will help strengthen the shared capabilities and resources available to local teams, supporting a consistently best-in-class guest and homeowner experience while enabling each brand to grow in its own market.
“At StayTerra, we are built on the belief that great vacation rental businesses are rooted in their local communities but can become even stronger when they have access to the right shared resources and expertise,” said Amy Kothari, Chief Executive Officer of StayTerra. “Brandy understands how to build the systems and culture that enable teams to deliver consistently outstanding hospitality, while Beth brings deep experience driving growth across multi-brand businesses without losing the identity that makes each brand special. Their leadership will be instrumental as we continue investing in our people, strengthening our capabilities and supporting the next phase of growth across StayTerra.”
“Operational excellence is ultimately about giving teams the clarity, tools and support they need to deliver exceptional experiences every day,” said Ms. Canaley. “I’m excited to build on the strengths of each regional brand while sharing best practices and fostering collaboration across the platform.”
“StayTerra has an exciting opportunity to bring together the strength of a growing platform with the authenticity and local expertise that guests and homeowners value,” said Ms. Hushen. “I look forward to building on the marketing capabilities that will help our brands deepen their relationships with existing customers, reach new audiences and grow in a thoughtful, sustainable way.”
